Location seems to be in the middle of the estury, which i presume is incorrect, i'm guessing the actual locaiton is coastal @AliClaw? If so Carpobrotus glaucescens.
I think this is the native Carpobrotus glaucescens, Carpobrotus aequilaterus is similar and exotic may also be in your area. A good way to separate them by habitat, the formert is a plant of sand dunes and coastal areas, while the latter is usually non-coastal.
