This sighting is focussing on the very small slate grey cup-shaped fungi on the left of the context photo. I suspect they could be younger versions of the fawn & brown fruiting bodies (RHS) focussed on in Sighting 46 (007). But as they may be of a different species, I’m posting them as separate sightings. Both were on a very long-time dead trunk, recently exposed by clearing lantana.
