User's notes

A vine, locally known as a strangler vine. It has distinctive long & narrow leaves with a purple-red mid vein (upper, the vein is paler underneath the leaf), and a red-purple underside (refer photo 4). The vein colour is more noticeable on older leaves & on more mature plants). The last photo is a young plant, the other 4 are of a plant reshooting from the thicker stem that was cut a couple of months prior (shown in photo 2).
