A small plant growing in a semi-regular mown area. The striking thing about it is the almost translucent petals of the white flowers. They open early morning and are closed and finished by late morning in Summer. The bigger flower buds & large fluffy seed heads in photos 2 (middle) & 4 (RHS) not the subject of this sighting, The big ones are on what I know as Catspaw growing near the focus plant. The feature plant has flower buds <½ the size of the catspaw.
