User's notes

I think of this as a ‘soft eggs & bacon’ shrub or small tree (photos 4 & 5). The leaves are soft and downy, (photo 3), and the pea flowers are a rich yellow with red-brown markings framing the throat (photos 1 & 2). It has a bushy structure, in that is is short and bushy in shape, but all its branches emanate from a single, albeit thin, trunk (photo5). Photo 3 shows a few mature seed pods, the one on the far LHS being open and empty.
