Tiny black flies having very transparent wings, with a little black spot at the end of each being the main give away, if, as here, they’re in the shade. In the sun, wings can be easier to spot when they reflect a rainbow sheen at certain angles. Otherwise, they can be easily confused with ants, given their body shape and shiny black colour. I suspect these are the same Sp. as at sighting 4664477.
