Yes i agree. The overall grey colouration, dot pattern and dark outer fringe to the forewing strongly suggest this species.

Epidesmia reservata

This appears to be a quite worn specimen.
The ALA and the AFD now appear to favour the name Stericta phareopteralis rather than O. phaeopteralis.
Clearly S. orchidivora and S, phaeopteralis are similar looking species.
In this specimen I see no evidence of the greenish forewing colouration said to be typical of S. orchidivora. Also I do not see the pattern mid way along the costa which seemes to be characteristic of S orchidivore. However the dot pattern I do see seems to be more typical of S. phaeopteralis. On this admittedly sketchy basis I therefore suggest S. phaeopteralis.

‘Inactive taxon’ link says solomonensis was placed in the genus Bastilla by Holloway and Miller (2003). https://www.inaturalist.org/taxon_changes?taxon_id=493196

Idk why AFD / ALA persist with Dysgonia

While searching online about this species (to verify it) the algorithm gave me this record as the 6th search result.
AND what does "Inactive taxon" mean on iNat ?
