This glabrous round leafed plant sends out runners and drops roots from each node. I’ve wondered if it might be Centella asiatica (Gotu kola or arthritis plant). It has similar leaves to the native violet (refer sighting 4650503) except in the latter there are more veins visible, and in this plant each leaf has a slight indentation on the margin directly opposite the where the leaf joins its petiole.
