User's notes

Another strappy leafed grass, long narrow & soft leaves, a bit more than half the length of the seed head stem., which carries moderately chunky clusters of seeds. A large number of these plants are growing here in semi shaded sandy soil. Another grass, reported at sighting 4651524 also grows nearby, and the grass plants themselves look very similar in their form, and leaf structure. But the seed heads are different with the other sighting having more slender clusters with (on appearance) fewer seeds. This plant’s seedhead stems also alternate between green and brown-red, changing to the other colour at the next node.
