Another moderately large cicada, this one is all black on the top-side, including the wing veins (except where these become more brown towards where they join the body (photos 2 & 4) . Other exceptions are the wings themselves, which were otherwise clear, and the tymbal cover, which is off-white. The underside of the body is mostly fawn, and generally paler all over, (photos 2 & 5), including the part of the legs joining the body, and the underside of the next uppermost part of the legs (?? thjghs ??). The rest of the legs were also black. Very thick dark lower edge to the fore wings, but no other distinctive markings observed. This looks to me like a Black Prince (Psaltoda plaga) except for the missing the dark ‘z patterned’ mark [?infuscation(s)?] towards the tip of the fore wings.
