User's notes

A small grasshopper, generally all browns, with tan upper rear legs and dark brown eyes. The dark brown wings appear almost as long as the abdomen. A section of the dorsal torso, is a lighter brown and looks like a scalloped plate with dark brown patterning. The 2 pairs of forelegs appear a similar colour with similar patterning, becoming much darker at the ‘feet’. The tan upper rear legs appear to have 2 dense dark brown patches on thie upper surface, a less dense patch further away from the body and end in a joint with the next lower leg section, which is a black brown colour. The underside of the abdomen appears to be a light tan colour with brown makings in similar shades to the upper rear legs (photo 2).
