Gnaphosidae or Trochanteriidae (families) (Flat spider)

A flat spider from a taxonomically diverse grouping of similar looking spiders. Several superficially similar genera are difficult to distinguish without examination. They include Hemicloea (Gnaphosidae), and Hemicloeina and Morebilus (Trochanteriidae). Trochanteriids have the ability to run up a vertical glass surface, something which gnaphosids can't do.
